Billing Help
Koolooma credit packs and subscriptions are paid through PayFast. Credits are added only after the payment notification is verified.
Subscription Billing
When you subscribe to a paid plan, your selected payment method will be charged according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.
A checkout return does not add credits by itself. Your billing status updates after Koolooma verifies PayFast's payment notification.
What do credits cover?
Credits are used for supported creation steps shown in the dashboard, including:
- Voice generation: 1 credit.
- Generate new soundtrack: 1 credit.
- Reuse saved soundtrack: Free / 0 credits.
- Create final mix export: 1 credit.
A voice-only clip uses 1 credit, a full clip with a new soundtrack uses 3 credits, and a full clip with a saved soundtrack uses 2 credits. All launch voice clips are capped at 60 seconds.
The required credit cost is shown before you create. Failed provider or system generations are refunded automatically. Your current balance, ledger, payments, and subscription status are available inside your dashboard.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open Billing in your dashboard to review your current plan and payment status.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Because Koolooma provides digital access and usage-based AI generation, refunds may be limited once credits, generations, downloads, or premium features have been used.
Failed payments
Failed or cancelled payments do not add credits. Check Billing for the latest status or try checkout again when PayFast is available.
